Passionate about the value a well crafted business plan brings to the success of any business, Gibson created and developed business planning materials, with emphasis on the Garrett Planning fee-only, hourly basis business model, for the Network. Primary among these is the Garrett Business Plan Guide and Tutorial which is accompanied by “how-to” seminars and sample business plans. To encourage members to adopt, implement and customize a working business plan, Gibson hosts monthly teleconferences on business planning and time management topics. Also, she responds to inquiries from members on the Garrett Knowledge Bank. Private, individual coaching is also provided at discounted rates for Network Members.

Gibson has been quoted in and contributed articles to industry press publications on the topic of business planning and coaching. She has presented numerous seminars to and been a speaker at colleges and trade conferences across the nation.
